The story starts in 1997,

I had graduated as oenologist since 3 years, I wanted implement my ideas and develop my own wines.

I imagined an original way of working based on partnerships with different estates and cooperatives in Languedoc and Roussillon. The objective is to work on lands with elevations and microclimates that allow to moderate the effects of the Mediterranean climate and avoid over-maturated style of "wines from the sun".

In conjunction with this, I have been developing my own estate since 2004 at Camplong, in Felines Minervois, on a cold and high altitude vineyards of the Minervois Appelation.
